YOU COULD SAVE MONEY ON YOUR CAR INSURANCE

A few weeks ago my husband and I found ourselves in need of newer vehicle. Here are my suggestions if you are going to try this out yourself and I definitely think you should.....

1. Always have your old policy in hand

2. Set aside at least 20 minutes for this call

3. You need your VIN vehicle identification numbers, your social security number, a credit card/ bank card that you can put the first payment on

4. Knowledge of all accidents and tickets by anyone in your household over the past few years.

5. An email address that they can send the policy information to after the call is completedYou can expect that you are going to be asked a series of questions, regarding yourself and the other drivers in your household. You will be asked information on the vehicle or vehicles to be insured. They will inquire on any lapses in coverage or any drivers that may have had licenses suspended or issues with their license.

This company also offers far more than just car insurance, they can potentially get better rates for your homeowners and renters insurance and much more. They shop major insurance companies for better rates and so you will end up with insurance through major companies you have probably heard of or dealt with in the past. Whether you choose to use Answer financial or another company I do recommend calling around for better rates on your insurance. Shopping for better rates on your insurance can save a lot of money for you and your family.For my call today they found us full coverage with a company with all the same things we had previously. They also added on coverage for rentals as an extra benefit. We saved just over $50 a month, which for 12 months brings us to a total savings of $600. The story gets better though, because as soon as I got off the phone I called our old insurance company to cancel the policy with them. The rep informed me that within the next few weeks I will be receiving a refund of $275 back from them. I have paid this policy month to month, so it was not paid a year in advance or anything. I'm so pleased with my experience today, I just had to share about this financial victory with you all.
