website update june 2018.jpeg

I cannot believe it is already June 2018 and summer is just beginning. So much has changed for me since February 8 when I began www.savingjoyfully.com and it has been an incredible journey. I just wanted to Thank you all once again for being such faithful subscribers and readers on my website Saving Joyfully.

I cannot Thank you all enough for all the Incredible support that you have shown me over the last four almost five months since I started my blog. The website started mainly as an outlet to share many wonderful resources I have used over the years to help stretch my budget and manage my finances that I think everyone can really use.

A lot has happened since I started the blog and I have learned so much along this journey already. I have been featured on many great websites since I started and a lot of them have actually happened in the last few months. I actually have another podcast that I have not shared below because it is still to be published soon.

I also have another exciting upcoming featured post to share with you in the next month or so and I can't wait to share these and see what the next month brings. I'm also blessed to have the opportunity to meet and connect with a few of my favorite bloggers in person very soon, I will be sure to share those photos in an upcoming post or on social media. I have to say blogging has been such a Joy for me and I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the great people I have met along the way.

If you have not connected with me on social media I would love to have you on all of my social media sites. You can check me out on

I have started doing some guest posting and interviews with some other great bloggers and I am so grateful for the support of these bloggers since I started. They are the biggest reason that I love to feature other bloggers on my website. I have learned a lot from other bloggers and I love to give back in supporting others the way it has been shown to me since I started. These bloggers all have great content that can really help others so I encourage you to check out their websites as well as the posts I have included here. This was a fun interview with Justin a blogger I connected with who runs an awesome video gaming website. Justin was one of the first bloggers I met and although we have very different blogs we have been able to share a lot of our challenges and advice and this has been so beneficial for a new blogger. Thank you again Justin for the support. You can check out this fun interview here www.twotall4ufool.com

Another series I was featured on earlier this week with another highly encouraging blogger I connected with on Twitter and Instagram. Al asked me to be interviewed for a series called the Resilient woman which was incredibly flattering to say the least. This series was inspired by his own mother who was a highly resilient woman. If you take the time to check out his blog you will find she obviously raised him to be a man of integrity and compassion. the-resilient-woman-series-2

I created a post in May that was featured on the website of one of my favorite bloggers and definitely my favorite freelance writer Sandra Parsons. We connected back when I first began Saving Joyfully and Sandra has been an incredible inspiration to me in my creation of Saving joyfully and has been supportive throughout the whole journey. You can check out the post I created for her website here clever-ways-to-save-money-on-your-wedding

I was a featured writer on a website www.danswords.com and was interviewed regarding the creation and inspiration for my blog Saving Joyfully. Dan Swords who interviewed me has also been incredibly supportive and helpful since I began blogging in February. You can check out the interview here on his website https://danswords.com/fwf-andrea-joy/

I was also honored to be a guest on a podcast today run by Win Kelly Charles she is an author who has Cerebral Palsy that chooses not to allow her disability to limit her in anyway. She is truly inspiring in all of her achievements and has published 8 books which are available for purchase on

Amazon

Audible

Barnes and Noble. You can check out the podcast here.... There were some technical difficulties which made it a three part podcast, but I am truly grateful for the opportunity and enjoyed the experience.

As you can tell I have been blessed to meet some amazing bloggers along my journey since I began in February. This is the biggest reason I have created my series where I feature other bloggers and allow them to share a bit of what they do. I want to give back to others in the way that I was blessed in my first few months of blogging. Never forget that in this life people matter so much. Taking the time to share a little kindness and joy in another persons life can really have a huge impact. I know it certainly has in my life in so many ways over the years. People matter and lives are impacted everyday, good or bad by our actions and words so keep them positive and joyful.
